- Sizes, colours, and designs are correct
- Your shipping address is complete and correct
We are unable to modify orders once they have been processed.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your case and provide a solution if the issue is caused by us.
